Based on 101(5), I would say yes. It seems to me it is either a contingent or unmatured claim.

I actually have never been asked to put a DSO on Schedule E. But our office policy is to immediately send the case trustee a letter about any DSO after filing and if we have evidence of the payment amount (court orders, stips, etc.) to include that. The cover letter contains the contact information for the payee of the DSO. You know the case trustee is going to need that info, so why not just provide it early and get it out of the way?

Technically no. However, many Chapter 7 Trustee's want it there so they
are on notice that the debtor has domestic support obligations and thus have
the recipient's contact information.
