Do you list a spousal support obligation on Schedule =

I have been required to amend Schedule E when there is a DSO, even if it is current. I list the amount due as -0-. So to avoid amending I list the information now.

Technically no. However, many Chapter 7 Trustee's want it there so they are on notice that the debtor has domestic support obligations and thus have the recipient's contact information.
