Appearance Counsel In OC tomorrow.
I may need appearance counsel tomorrow in OC for motion to dismiss: Judge
Albert at 2:00pm.. If you are available, let me know. It is a nothing
case. Trustee filed notice of withdrawal of motion on 11/13/12, but it
referenced motion to dismiss filed on Jan 1, 1900. Clerk's office kicked it
back and trustee has not yet corrected it.
