Has anyone had a 707(a) problem with the UST in a nonconsumer

From a legal standpoint, there shouldn't be a problem. I haven't
filed one like that yet, although I've had one in the "hopper" for a
while now in which the debtor has sufficient disposable income to
pay 100% of his debts over 60 months, but it's nonconsumer and we'd
be filing a Chapter 7.
Just be ready. The legal arguments and case law are on your side.
