[CAMFFG] Cal CD: Is it a business case or a non-business case for

Renting is a business. BB expressly said that recently though I don't need
her to say it to believe it, too. 9 to 5 guy is welcome to get rid of his
rental property if he wants to save on fees and costs because I still have
to pay my staff to comply with 3015-1 and trustee's requests.
