HOA - Motion for Relief from Stay for non-payment

I am looking for a great example of a Motion for Relief from Stay filed by
an HOA against a Chapter 13 debtor for non-payment of post-petition HOA
dues. Can someone direct me to a case or two? Feel free to email me
off-list.
