In your adversary seek a declaratory judgment that the sale is null and
void, etc. If necessary seek an expedited hearing before the judge.

Listmates, I have an unusual situation. Private lender foreclosed after
petition was filed. We have filed an adversary against lender to set aside
that sale. However, the buyer is attempting to evict. The state court
attorney has not been successful in persuading that judge on an ex parte
basis that the eviction should be stayed pending resolution on the
adversary. Relief was granted to buyer [NOT the lender].
Any thoughts on what we can ask of Judge Zurzolo to convince state court
judge regarding eviction ?
Thanks !
