Problem with CM/ECF adding Creditor in order file

This would work if the debtor is trying to file a claim for somebody but not if you represent a creditor trying to file a claim; at least that was my situation.

It's on the screen somewhere but the real problem is it will tell you that you have no authority to perform that function. At that point, you have to call the help desk and give them the info on the creditor, and after they add it, then you can proceed to file the claim as you will then find the creditor name to click on to file the claim. I knows this because it happened to me twice, and thank God I tried to file ahead of the bar date so that when it took the help desk more than one day to do it, I was still timely with the claim. I guess if the debtor didn't list the creditor (or named them incorrectly), you have to go through all this. Very irritating and doesn't make much sense but that's how it is.
