Ch13 Debtor Motion for Authoity to Sell Property

No, if the debtor exempted to value of the vehicle, then it isn't property of the estate unless therewasa successful objection to the claim of exemption.
Ordinary course of his business affairs would mean that he is a car dealer, or something similar. If so, then he is merely operating his business and then its ok too.

Ch13 debtor wants to sell an oldvehicle valued at $1,000.00. Does anyone know if I have to get court approval first before a Ch13 debtor in a confirmed plan can sell a vehicle in the ordinary course of his business affairs? Thank you.
