Motion to Approve Loan Mod is OK with Judge Albert

Unofficially, yesterday in court on a creditor's motion and in one of my
cases, Judge Albert actually approved motions to approve loan modification.
Just thought the group and those practicing in the OC would like to know.
Judge Bauer is clear on the record that she will NOT approve the agreements.
