Does anyone use this to evaluate judges?

I have looked at it only, but noticed that many of the sample sizes are small, and some of the harshly negative comments are pretty obviously entered soon after the attorney receives an unfavorable ruling (and I suppose vice-versa for some of the positive ones). So I usually cross-check against other sources before arriving at any conclusions.
