Subject: [cdcbaa] Administering an Estate in the Absence of Allowed Claims
Does anyone know if a Trustee can administer a chapter 7 estate when there are no allowed proofs of claim in the case?
Trustee claims he has incurred expenses and attorney's fees, and can administer the estate only to pay himself and his attorney.
Again, there are no allowed claims in the case.
