Will Vehicle be Administered in chapter 7?

Potential client in a Valley 7 holds legal title to brother's expensive vehicle that is owned outright. Brother lives in Mexico, but comes to the U.S. for business each month. He purchased the vehicle with his own funds, he pays for the insurance, and he pays for the storage. Debtor does not drive the vehicle, but title is in her name. Is it a stretch to rely upon 541(d) to avoid administration by the Chapter 7 trustee?
