it may not be a smart decision but Sure a corporation can operate after a chapter 7 case is closed. Creditors have every right to pursue collection since there was no discharge.

Hope everyone is enjoying their Friday,
Can a corporation still operate after a 7? If not, what if it does? If it
acquires assets post filing (and closing of the case) can creditors go
after them for the debt? There is no discharge. Would appreciate any
thoughts.
