Sorry, no time for me to research. In conversion of case from ch 7 to ch
13, is there a way to get my fees owed (earned by litigating in the chapter
7) paid as an administrative claim in the ch 13, or am I stuck with the
general unsecureds?
If not in the code, does the judge have any discretion to award them as an
administrative expense?
Thanks for your help!
