Prepare a declaration that references the wrongfully recorded abstract and get the other attorney to approve before recording.

I have a creditor willing to release an abstract ofjudgment (recorded in LA County without knowledge of the BK filing) butthe attorney wants me to prepare the paperwork. I am willing to do that to avoid a battle and get the result I want. Having never dealt with recordation issues in this county, I am just wondering if there are any specific recorder's office rules or foibles that I should be aware of. My plan was to simply prepare a document entitledRelease of Judgment Lien, with simple language, listing the recordation information, and having it signed and acknowledged by the creditor's attorney. I just don't want to have it kicked back by the recorder's office. Anything I should be aware of?
