Objection to claim trial before Judge WB

Set for later this month as a trial. Not able to ascertain whether all live testimony, or declarations for direct and live cross. No orders, instructions or website guidance. Unfortunately, her law clerk is not returning calls. Any thoughts/recent experience ? Thanks.
