client then! I went back and looked again, and its filed date to filed
date. I see the issue you are talking about now. . . the conversion in

I don't know the law in the 9th circuit but the case below should lead you

Mark. I believe it goes from DISCHARGE DATE to FILED DATE. 4 years must
be in between. I'm facing same issue with client. Got discharge January
24, 2011. She needs chapter 13 but not eligible for discharge again until
January 25, 2015.
