Withdrawal of motion

I would call it, "NOTICE OF ______S VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL OF MOTION FOR
______". In the body you notify the court and interested parties that the
motion is withdrawn.
If there is a motion and settlement my only concern is why you're not
complying with LBR 9019-1. In Chapter 11 I definitely would but Chapter
7/13s remain a mystery to me.

Thanks
