No Look Fees

For clarification, the onlycomment in the trustee's objection to SFAservices.
It is my understanding that a Chapter 13 trustee is supposed to analyze the detailed billing statements attached toSFAfor reasonableness before making arecommending to the judge.

I received a trustee Rojas objection to a SFA application comparing the total to the no-look fee for an opposition to TMD, where the application contains significant other services unrelated to the TMD. I'll set this for a hearing and call the issue to the judge's attention. I encourage other attorneys to set these types ofmatters for hearings before this becomes the norm.
