What was that case that ruled in the debtors favor on car loans that made the former loan for a trade that was rolled into the new loan not a security interest in the new car?
Was that case useful only in Chapter 7 redemption or did it involve a Chapter 13 cram down?
Again, if it doesnt come to the top of your mind ignore this, I know where to start looking in old cdcbaa handouts
Thank you

Just if you know off the top of your head- no research please --
What was that case that ruled in the debtor's favor on car loans that
made the former loan for a trade that was rolled into the new loan not a
security interest in the new car?
Was that case useful only in Chapter 7 redemption or did it involve a
Chapter 13 cram down?
Again, if it doesn't come to the top of your mind ignore this, I know
where to start looking in old cdcbaa handouts
Thank you
