Application for fees

In Chapter 11 context the moving party/movant is the professional seeking
fees which is called the applicant. I would say the Debtor is a party in
interest but so is the applicant.
I am still getting used to all this terminology so it may be off.
Fortunately we have -d to bring the hammer down if it's wrong!

Is the "party" in a fee application the debtor or the attorney making the
fee app?
