Need referral to SDFL Bk attorney familiar with IP for non-BK client
Other 50% owner filed Chapter 7 (dismissed), & did not disclose asset. Now
he wants to file for his business. (In SD Florida).
The patent was owned by debtor's biz, then he transferred the rights to
himself personally during his ch 7 case.
Non-BK 50% owner needs counsel to advise and protect his rights if/when the
other guy files BK again. Should be familiar with IP & BK.
