Dear Members: I will be working with Steven Fox to put on a 1 hour MCLE
Program regarding Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Practice. Please in-box me
privately about topics you might like to see discussed. Given how many
BK's have been filed just about 5 years ago, maybe some of you would like
to know more how to close out a case? Make sure the Lien does actually get
stripped.
