Dear Colleages!
I just wanted to inform you that the Honorable Judge Scott Yun was sworn in this morning as our newest Bankruptcy Judge. He will sit in our Riverside Division in courtroom #302 and will be taking over the chambers next to that courtroom. Judge Johnson will be moving to the chambers vacated by Judge Saltman.
Judge Yun's first day on the bench will be July 21st. He is currently working on setting up his calendar and posted procedures on the Court's website. Once this is completed, cases will begin to be assigned or reassigned to him as the case may be.
