I have a PC who filed a ch. 13 in pro per last week and I do not have the capacity to handle this case. There are a lot of moving parts with this, significant assets, and a motion for relief from stay [shortened time] has already been filed. The creditor is very aggressive and the creditor's hands may not be very clean in this transaction. Is anyone able to take this on?
