As longstanding word perfect user, I feel your pain! I struggled for
hours the first couple of times with this issue. Then I found
www.ehow.com which instructed how to copy and and paste the POS and
Notice of Entered Order part of the Word, which have different footers,
into the Word Pleading so it all meshes nicely.

Does anyone else have such grief with uploading LOU's?
I had to speak to their office twice today,
no one really seems to know how to make the POS and Notice of Entered
Order part of the Word
pleading except by cutting and pasting, and in general, one guy there
can't understand why the court
insists on using Word when most attys use Word Perfect. Is there a
need for CDCBAA to have a
program on them? It took me hours today. Hope I finally got it right.

I think there is an expanded list of documents that we will not
need to provide "Judge's Copies" on in the new rules coming out in
June. )

Well, that would be nice. If we can get them to pare down what we
need to send in Chapter 13 cases, that would be nice too. I mean, does
the Judge really look at the Tax and DSO Declaration? And then
there's the requirement of the mortgage declaration...don't get me
started...
