Proper Service of IRS on Claim Objection

Counsel;
I'm doing my first IRS Claim Obj. in BK-13 in awhile. I have listed on my service list all addresses listed on the POC, and the Address from Ct. Manual, App. D, Section 2.0. However, FRCP 7004(b)(4) and (5) requires service for govt. agencies on Civil Process Clerk and U.S. A.G. in Wash. DC. Yet, under the Manual, App. D, Sect. 2.4, where it gives those addresses, it also states to use them OTHER THAN for proceedings involving the IRS.
Anyone know if I'm safe leaving those two addresses off or of any other place that references additional IRS addresses to serve? Thanks for any thoughts.
