Hi Eric,
I was doing research on this subject and I wasn't able to open your
attachments. I've gotten my first Objection to Confirmation based on the
addendum and the new rules that went into place on 12/1/11. I know you won
this case and I'd like to read the briefs and the opinion. Also, do you
think the creditor will back down with a strong reply to its' Objection to
Confirmation of the Chapter 13 Plan? Thanks!
