Steve, I did see your other post. So thanks for that. Youmean ALL lienholders of all properties where a lien is going to be stripped (e.g. lienholders on property Y need to be noticed on your motion where you are stripping a lien on property X and vice versa), not the entire creditor matrix, correct?

I certainly donin terms of what happened in that case aside from the evidentiary issue.arlier on my pitfall on noticing ALL creditors in multiple 522fs even if you wouldnt think they could care less of what happens in motions not against them.

Correct, except creditor Y and creditor Z do have to be on the same
property for the rule to apply. I'm talking about where there are
several judgment liens on the same property. Not all creditors on the
matrix.

Ranger--always move toward the gunfire not away from it!!
TD doesn't require an appraisal but call TD'S clerk to confirm.

I understand your point but debtor is especially broke and I also want
to know if TD requires anything more than what RK requires. I would
also like to hear other people's experience re what TD specifically
requires for a 522(f). Thank you.

Since I had a 522(f) motion rejected by RK but had several granted by VK

correctly. Does TD require a full appraisal in support of a 522(f)? Will
a BPO suffice for TD? Is there any special requirement of TD of which I
