Post Judgment debtor's exam

Has anyone conducted a post judgment debtor's exam in a bk case? The clerks
don't seem to know what to do when an ORAP is filed; Jdg Ahart's clerk doens't either.
According to the Enforcement of Judgments book, it's best to conduct the exam where
the judgment was entered, (bk ct). But not sure who even issues the order in this case,
or does it get filed in Dept 1A downtown and then conducted in the bk court.
