Trustee Cohen's staff has been requesting both at the 341 meeting, but so far I've just sent the federal return for confirmed plans. You might call his office to be sure.

Can anyone please advise if Debtors in confirmed plans with Amrane Cohen must turnover both federal and state tax refunds. I know the LA/SFV trustee only require that federal refunds be turned over.
