I searched the listserv for the answer to this, but I still am not sure. Are business expenses deductible. Even though question 4 of Form 22A indicates business expenses should be deducted from gross business income, I thought we were still supposed to list the gross, not net, business income in a Chapter 7 case. Is that correct, or should I list net business income after expenses?
