Steven, that makes sense. I don't believe I have a compelling enough reason
to "walk it through".

In my opinion, youd have to have extraordinary circumstances to ask that of a judge on a 522(f), and especially so under the current system. I cannot think of any that would require that level of expediting. But you know your case better, so if you think they exist you can upload it to LOU and bring in the judges copy to the hearing and give it a go.

Subject: [cdcbaa] Procedural question re asking RK to sign Order on 522(f) Motion at hearing
I have a tentative ruling to grant my 522(f) motion at tomorrow's hearing before Judge Kwan. I would like to get a certified copy of the Order as soon as possible. Can I ask the judge to sign my Order at the hearing, or should I upload it to LOU tonight?to be able to take the signed Order straight from the judge to get it certified tomorrow IF POSSIBLE.
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!Holly Roarkholly@roarklawoffices.com
