Does anyone have any experience being threatened by another bk attorney? It happened to me yesterday in the US Trustees hearing room, while examinations were ongoing. The guy threatened me, warned me, told me that I was messing with the wrong person, and called me a coward.
I am still in shock. I could not sleep last night from the excitement. I feel like Ive been emotionally raped and humiliated. I fear this will happen again.
Does anyone have any advice for me?
