Does Credit Report Show c13 Codebtor Stay or Community Discharge?

What does it say on the credit report of a codebtor who receives the
benefit of someone else's chapter 13 bankruptcy or community discharge.
Clearly, it will not say that this person filed bankruptcy.
I heard that the credit report of the person protected by chapter 13
codebtor stay says "account affected by bankruptcy." Is this correct?
The nonfiling spouse will have many accounts affected by community
discharge. Will anything on the credit report show that?
