Hello Colleagues,
I have my first trial next week with Judge Neiter and am inquiring as to
how he conducts his bench trials.
This is a student loan case.
Any usual and customary preference to opening/closing statements?
Is he active during the bench trial with questions?
Does anyone have past experience with a student loan case that went to
trial in his court and could share the outcome?
Your prior experience will prove helpful. Please respond off list.
Regards,
