A Boyfriend and Girlfriend Living Together and the Statement of Related Cases

Dear Listserv,
I have a situation where a boyfriend and girlfriend are living together. The boyfriend filed for ch 7 and received a discharge. The girlfriend is now filing a ch 7. Are they considered domestic partners for the sake of the 1015-2 Statement of Related Cases disclosure? In other words, does the girlfriend have to disclose the boyfriend's bankruptcy?
