Has anyone seen this.... Post Chapter 7 Discharge 2nd Lienholder asks

Client finished his Chapter 7 BK and got Discharge. NOW he receives letter
from 2nd lien holder on the condo where he lives which is unsecured,
stating that they will not foreclose on him if he will pay some money to
them. Stinky yes? Stinky no? What say you?
