Hi everyone,
Public Counsel will be hosting a REAFFIRMATION AGREEMENT MCLE PROGRAM on Monday, February 27th from 10-11:30 a.m. This program will give attendees a better understanding about what attorneys need to know about the reaffirmation agreement procedures and practice after BAPCPA. We are very fortunate to have a highly esteemed panel for program.
The Honorable Vincent P. Zurzolo and Peter Lively have generously donated their time and expertise to be on the panel. Despite their very busy schedules, they have made time to provide attendees with an overview of the practice and procedures in the reaffirmation agreement process. Thank you!
The program is co-sponsored by cdcbaa and refreshments will be generously provided by Abacus Credit Counseling. All attendees will be required to provide a two hour pro bono commitment to a bankruptcy pro se assistance program in the Central District of California. MCLE credit will be provided by Public Counsel.
