The newly filed 13 will go back to Judge Kaufman, since she was the 7 judge, and
hears 13 cases. I know that Judge Tighe has loosened up regarding Chapter"20"s, but I am unsure as to Judge Kaufman

Most of us have posed the question, as I did yesterday regarding Judge Kaufman
(by the way, no one responded) because the necessity of the Chapter 13 filing is
imminent, and she was the judge in the Chapter 7 case.

This question is asked often about a particular jurist. I would like to see
someone care less about a particular judge's prior ruling and instead appeal a
decision to the BAP if believed to be wrong? Of course that risks the BAP or a
higher court ruling that a chapter 20 is never allowed.
This issue seems less procedural (ie motion or adversary) than one of
substantive fairness. The outcome should not depend on the luck of the draw.
