Judge Ellen Carroll retired. Set the motion on Judge Donovan's calendar asap.

I am filing my first Motion to Continue Stay in a chapter 7 in a CDC case. I just filed the new case and it was assigned to Judge Donovan. I was about to file the Motion and set it on Judge Donovan's calendar when it dawned on me that the case might be re-assigned to the judge that had the prior chapter 7. That judge is Ellen Carrol, but I don't see her on the court website list of judges. I guess I have a two-fold question. First, would I normally proceed to set the motion on the newly assigned judge's calendar or on the prior judge's calendar? Second, if the answer is the prior judge, what would I do in this case where it is not clear if the prior judge is still sitting? Any direction would be appreciated.
