Post Petition Property Inspection Fees in Chapter 13

I just received a notice of postpetition mortgage fees filed in one
of my client's Chapter 13 cases by Citimortgage (Form B10,
supplement 2) adding to its proof of claim, itemizing a bunch of
small "property inspection" fees totaling about $81 for 7 months.
What the heck is this? Who is inspecting the debtor's property,
why, and does the debtor need to pay this? Sounds bogus to me.
Anyone else run across this? Nancy Clark?
