New Form 3015-1.4 for Postpetition Preconfirmation payments

Hi Jim,
I asked these exact questions a few weeks ago when the new forms
became effective. The due date to be put on the form is, as it
says, the first date it is due. I believe you still must attach the
proof of mailing/payments, etc. As far as personal property loans,
I have not been listing those and haven't had an issue yet.
