Student Loan no proof of claim

I agree with Catherine. Another alternative, of course, is simply
to pay the student loan outside of the bankruptcy. It might even be
cheaper since there won't be Trustee's fees attached to it. If
it's truly a 100% plan, it should make no difference, although AES
should be spanked a little bit for intentionally violating the
automatic stay.
