Shannon, the lender's refusal to do a rapid rescoring based on
post-bankruptcy proof of payment is an internal underwriting matter, not
FCRA. There is no law requiring a lender to consider any particular piece
of information, so I'd say your client is going to need to look elsewhere
for financing.
