Schedule I line item for "required repayments of retirement fund loans"

The new Schedule I has a line item for "required repayments of retirement
fund loans."
1. I thought all retirement fund loans are "required" to be repay or
there will be tax consequences. Is this correct?
2. If *Egebjerg v. Anderson* (In re Egebjerg), 574 F.3d 1045, 1053 (9th
Cir. 2009) *and Parks v. Drummond (In re Parks), 475 B.R. 703 (BAP 9th Cir.
2012) *which says that sums used to repay a retirement fund loan are not
deductible on the Means Test, why is the form asking for it?
