2013 Report Shows Fewer Debtor Assets, More Repeat

He copied it from the site. If you assume 1,136,000 (which any
nonmathematician would round to 1.1 million), the result is 12%.
This is not intended to be a correction in any way, I humbly accept that
you're a better mathematician than me! This demonstrates what a huge
difference a little bit of incorrect rounding can make. And yes, it pains
me not to hyphenate.

Where did they get 12%? If we start with 1.1 million and reduce it by 0.1 million to 1 million, we have a reduction of about 9.09% because 0.1 million is about 9.09% of 1.1 million (0.1 / 1.1 100 9.09, to two decimal places).
