Hello Listmates
I need your input and your expertise. I have a client, filed in 8/11 Chapter 7, has over 13 properties in PA which he
indicated he'd surrender. The trustee is administering two of the properties as
he found they had equity. Discharged was received in November.
For tax purposes, does the debtor continue to be the legal owner of the RPs not
being administered. The other RPs are in foreclosure process.
Any input will be greatly appreciated.
