Dear Colleagues!
15 explaining a change that is going to occur in the near future. Rather than the standing trustees collect fees on disbursements as they have done for years, the U.S. Trustee Program is adopting the strict language of the Code and moving to collect the fees on receipts. The letter provides the background.
